Build your hub, and see what it earns.

Pick the footprint, the finish and the modules. The panel keeps up as you go, showing both operating models side by side: the rent we would pay you, and the route to a build quote.

We save your configuration choices and progress, including unfinished attempts, and share them with the Lentra team. A browser identifier recognises repeat attempts for 90 days. Reports include your approximate location, IP address and browser, plus company details entered here and contact details from a proposal you submit.

Which design?

Two builds, the same catalogue, the same software and the same price. The difference is what your building will let you install.

Not sure which your building takes? Pick the one you would rather have. The site survey says whether it fits, and if it does not we will tell you before anything is quoted.

What goes in it

Rent it by the hour, or buy it by the unit

Two halves of one catalog, in the same installation: reusable items residents borrow and return, and everyday essentials they buy outright. Lentra stocks and maintains both.

Questions before the proposal

How is the rent figure worked out?
It starts from the market rate for the floor area the hub occupies, in the market the building is in, and then pays above it on the smaller footprints: up to 50% above market on a 3 m hub, up to 25% on 5 m, and fair market value on 7 m. A 3 m hub costs a lobby almost nothing in usable area, which is why it is worth a premium to us. Those percentages are ceilings rather than promises, so the configurator shows the top of the band; the number in your proposal is set against the actual lobby and written into the contract.
Why is there no build cost here?
Build cost moves with the configuration, the site and the opening stock. A public figure would be wrong for almost every building that read it, so we quote it per property. Registered partners can sign in to see the figures for their own installation.
Which model is better for us?
Fixed Rent has no capital outlay and a predictable monthly income, so it carries the lower risk. Self-Owned has the better long-term economics if the building has the demand to support it. The proposal models both against your own unit count so you can compare rather than guess.
Can we change the configuration later?
Yes. The hub is modular: add-on modules bolt on afterwards, and the product mix is reviewed against real usage and resident requests. Nothing here is fixed on day one.
What is contractual and what is an estimate?
Rent, ownership, responsibilities and the software plan are contractual. Revenue projections under Self-Owned are estimates built on assumptions, and every assumption is written out in the proposal rather than buried in a footnote.
