Request a proposal

Plan your convenience hub with Lentra.

Tell us about the building. You get back a footprint for your lobby, a product mix for your residents, both operating models side by side and an implementation schedule, all specific to your property.

Implementation

Weeks to build it. Hours to install it.

Your hub is made to the configuration agreed in the proposal, then fitted in a single visit. Residents arrive to a lobby that was a building site for one morning, not one quarter.

4–6 weeks Custom build and delivery Sourcing, assembly, your finishes and trim, the brand band, software configured and the opening stock picked.
4–6 hours Installation Delivered, fixed, powered, tested and handed over in one visit.

The build clock starts once the configuration and site survey are signed off. Your proposal sets the dates against sourcing and site readiness.

The questions we get asked first

How long does the whole process take?
The intro call happens within two business days of your form. The proposal follows that call. From signed scope to go-live, the schedule is set around sourcing, customization and site readiness. The proposal states the dates once those three are confirmed.
Do we need to commit to anything to get a proposal?
No. The proposal is free and carries no obligation. Nothing is committed until scope, terms and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
How much lobby space does this need?
Less than a dedicated amenity room: a compact hub footprint, sized to the building. The proposal shows exactly where it fits in your lobby and how much floor area it takes.
Who do residents contact when something goes wrong?
Us. Live chat in the resident app and 24/7 phone support, with remote diagnostics and monitoring behind them. Support requests do not land on your front desk.
What happens to the data you collect?
The details on this form are used to respond to this proposal request. Usage data from an installation is reported back to the property team as usage, availability, support requests and resident feedback.
Can the product mix change after launch?
That is the point of reviewing it. Usage and resident requests drive the review: supplying what is in demand, retiring what is not, and recommending new items before residents ask.
