Lentra vs. Luxer One
Not really a competitor, despite both being lockers in a lobby. They solve the delivery problem. We solve the supply problem. Plenty of buildings need both.
Where they are ahead of us
If your actual problem is parcel volume, Luxer One is a serious answer and we are not. We do not accept carrier deliveries, we do not integrate with carrier workflows, and nothing we build reduces the pile of boxes behind your front desk.
Their case, from their own material
Taken from what Luxer One publishes. Sources are listed at the bottom of this page.
- Package lockers stated as designed to accept 100% of packages, plus automated package rooms, refrigerated lockers, order pickup and asset exchange lockers, and access control.
- Luxer Liaison, an on-site package concierge service, for buildings where hardware alone is not enough.
- Deployment across multifamily, retail, offices, universities, hospitality and mail centres.
Structural differences, not claims about them
The inventory is ours, not the resident's
A package locker holds something that already belongs to somebody until they collect it. Our compartments hold stock that belongs to us until somebody wants it. That is a different operation: purchasing, restocking, cleaning, charging and retiring items.
Lending, not just holding
Items come back and go out again. None of the parcel-locker product lines are built around a return-and-reissue cycle.
The building can be paid for the space
Under Fixed Rent the property carries no capital and receives rent. A parcel locker is a cost line or a capital purchase for the building.
Different resident moment
Theirs is triggered by a delivery someone already ordered. Ours is triggered by a need someone has right now and had not planned for.
Choose Luxer One
You have a parcel problem. High delivery volume, packages accumulating at reception, staff signing for deliveries. That is precisely what they are built for and it is not what we do.
Choose Lentra
Your residents keep asking the on-site team for things, or buying items they will use twice. If you have both problems, run both: they share a lobby run and a power provision comfortably.

Every statement about Luxer One on this page comes from material they publish themselves, checked on 14 September 2026. Company websites change; if something here is out of date or wrong, tell us at info@lentrahub.com and we will correct it. We do not publish claims about a competitor's pricing, performance or customers, because they do not publish them either.
